A 19-year old man has been charged with 18 offences following a string of incidents across Rockhampton, Gracemere, and Westwood.
The teen allegedly committed multiple property and traffic related offences from January to July this year, racking up a total of $5,218 worth of fines.
On July 11, the man is accused of breaking into a community hall along the Capricorn Highway in Westwood, stealing a number of items.
It’s further alleged that earlier that day, police caught the man with a small quantity of dangerous drugs and utensils.
He was arrested the next day and charged with two counts each of stealing, possessing dangerous drugs, and unlawful possession of suspected property stolen, and one count each of enter premises and commit, contravention of domestic violence order, wilfully making unnecessary noise or smoke, and possessing utensils, and six traffic-related offences.
The man is due to reappear before Rockhampton Magistrates Court on August 24.
