A serious crash at Rockhampton is under investigation.
Around 4.30pm Tuesday, emergency services were called to reports of a white Ford, a blue Mazda, and a red Toyota Rav4 colliding with each other on Farm Street between Bramble Street and Norman Road.
The 74-year-old woman driving the blue Mazda suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Rockhampton Base Hospital.

A 38-year-old woman driving the Rav4 and 54-year-old man in the Ford were not injured.
Anyone with relevant information or vision is urged to contact police.
