Archer Park Rail Museum School Holiday Specials

Looking for something to do during the school holidays? Head to Archer Park Rail Museum and step back in time with a unique railway experience for the whole family.

Climb aboard the C17 Steam Locomotive and 1614 Diesel Locomotive, explore historic passenger carriages, discover railway exhibits, and see working signals in action. The museum tram will also be operating throughout the day, with kids’ activity packs, merchandise, and refreshments available to purchase.

The School Holiday Specials will be held on Wednesday 23 September and Wednesday 30 September 2026, with entry just $6 per person. The tram will operate from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
