A woman has been airlifted to hospital following a snorkelling incident at Heron Island.
The incident happened just after 1:30 yesterday afternoon (September 14), on the popular tourist-island 87-kays north-east of Gladstone.
The woman in her 60s has been flown to hospital in Rockhampton in a stable condition.
