Two patients have been hospitalised following two separate bicycle incidents on Central Queensland roads.
A man in his 20s has been injured after falling from his bike in Rockhampton’s CBD.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the corner of Archer Street and Denison Street at 8.49pm yesterday.
Paramedics transported him to Rockhampton Hospital, in a stable condition with a knee injury.
Later last night, a teenage boy was hurt in a crash between a bike and a car at Norman Gardens.
It happened at a Farm Street intersection at 10.36pm.
The teenager suffered an ankle injury and was also taken to Rockhampton hospital in a stable condition.
