An investigation is underway following the armed robbery of a supermarket in Rockhampton.
Authorities say a man entered a George Street supermarket armed with a knife, before threatening employees and stealing cash at around 3.50pm on Saturday.
No one was injured and the man fled the scene on a scooter.
He was last seen travelling north along Archer Street.
Detectives have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with their investigations.
He is described as Caucasian with a proportionate build and was wearing a white and black t-shirt, black shorts, a red cap and thongs.
Anyone who saw the man, or anyone with information in relation to his identity, is asked to contact police.
Any homeowners or businesses in the vicinity with CCTV are asked to check their vision for any sightings of the man.
