Today is the King’s Birthday public holiday – and there’s a few changes around CQ businesses and council.
In Gladstone and council offices, the art gallery, all libraries and the entertainment centre are all closed to reopen tomorrow.
Don’t worry, essential services like bin collection and the Benaraby Waste plant are open – as is the Botanic Gardens.

In Rockhampton now and all libraries, the Heritage Village and Animal Management Centre are closed to reopen tomorrow.
Rockhampton Airport, the art gallery and Rocky Zoo are all open.
The Visitor information centre is also open, albeit with limited hours today.
