A man is set to face court today after allegedly refusing to leave a South Gladstone motel.
Police were called to the complex at around 1am yesterday, following existing investigations.
It’s alleged the 30-year-old Gladstone man also made threats to harm police.

Authorities say the man was taken into custody around 10.30 the same day.
He’s been charged with a string of offences and is set to face Gladstone Magistrates Court later today.
