February crime stats have been released by Capricornia police with offending down across the board.
Assaults saw a 22 percent drop last month, while domestic violence and drug offences saw small decreases.
Property crime including robbery and break ins dipped and theft was at its lowest levels in over a year.

It wasn’t all good news, with car theft continuing to rise and the region recording a murder charge.
