A new 26-home development in Emu Park is coming.
The project will deliver 20 social and 6 affordable two-bedroom homes.
It’s a partnership between the Livingstone Shire Council, with AnglicareCQ and the Queensland Government.

The project is located close to schools and shops, the homes will feature private outdoor spaces and shared areas for families to connect.
The council says this project is a positive step toward easing housing pressures and building a stronger, more inclusive community.
