Palliative Care Queensland with the support of the Fitzroy Community Hospice is delivering a free community training session – Navigating the Journey, Thursday 16th April.
Navigating the Journey is a practical, community-based education session designed to build confidence and skills in supporting people experiencing serious illness, dying, death and grief. It complements the care you provide by strengthening the capability of families, carers, volunteers, health and care workforce and the broader community.
This course is for everyone—no prior training or experience is needed.
Modules include:

• Recognising Dying and Planning Ahead
• Navigating Palliative Care
• Being a Compassionate Neighbour
• Grief and Bereavement
• Self Care
