Dance for Brain Health is a free, inclusive movement program presented by Allegra Dance Studios in partnership with the Rockhampton Museum of Art, running on Tuesday 5 May 2026 from 11:00 to 11:45 AM, with additional sessions scheduled. The class extends Sally Smart’s exhibition The Artist’s Ballet beyond the gallery through creative, participatory dance experiences focused on movement, sensation and wellbeing. It is suitable for people living with Parkinson’s disease, mobility challenges, carers, family members and anyone in the community looking to boost brain health. With seated and standing options available, no dance experience is required. Sessions are held at the Rockhampton Museum of Art and bookings are essential.
