The Understanding Anger Workshop is a two‑day program facilitated by Women’s Health Information & Referral Service CQ Inc. (WHIRSCQ), designed for women who want to better understand and manage anger in healthy, constructive ways. The workshop will be held on Wednesday 22 and Wednesday 29 April 2026, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, at WHIRSCQ, 225 Bolsover Street, Rockhampton City. Participants will learn to recognise anger, develop practical anger management skills and explore positive coping strategies. Attendance at both sessions is strongly recommended to gain the full benefit of the program. Registration is required, with resources and lunch provided.
