RMOA is very excited to welcome Allegra Studios to the building. Allegra will be offering new dance classes for brain health this year.  These classes are appropriate for anyone living with Parkinson’s disease, or movement and mobility challenges, no matter how advanced.  Family, carers, friends and health professionals are welcome to attend. The class is also open to members of our community who want to boost their brain health.

With seated and standing options, you will explore elements of dance and exercise in a stimulating, inclusive and creative social environment.  No dance experience is necessary!

Founder of Allegra Studios: Physio & Pilates and Dance Academy, Alexandra is our Head Physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and professional dancer and teacher across multiple disciplines for Allegra Dance Academy. Her love of dancing combines with her studies of the human body to provide her clients with a wholistic approach to injuries and preventative management
