Police have charged a 31-year-old man following investigations into a break and enter at a business in West Gladstone on Friday morning.
Around 2am, police received reports a black Citroen sedan was driven into a shopping centre on Philip street, causing extensive damage.
A man is seen on CCTV leaving the vehicle – entering a jewellery store inside the centre and stealing an amount a number of items including watches before fleeing.

Police allege that the vehicle used in the incident was located at Aerodrome Road, Clinton, around 9am that morning.
Following investigations, officers attended and executed a search warrant at an Aspland Street, Clinton home this afternoon, where they allegedly located stolen property, including multiple watches.
The 31-year-old man at the residence was arrested and has since been charged with one count each of enter with intent, enter and commit indictable offence.
He is due to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court on July 22.
Investigators continue to appeal for anyone with information that may further assist their enquiries to come forward.
