Woman threatened in pharmacy robbery

Footage has been released of an alleged pharmacy robbery at Gracemere.

A Queensland Police spokesperson says a man entered the Lawrie Street business around 8am yesterday, before allegedly threatening a female staff member and demanding cash.

"The man left the pharmacy with a small amount of cash," the spokesperson says.

"The attendant was not physically injured.

"His is described as having a dark complexion, approximately 160cm tall and of a slim build. At the time, he was wearing a black beanie, a black Adidas tracksuit with a hood. A blue surgical mask was covering his mouth and nose."

Police are calling for anyone with more information about the incident, or who can identify the man, to come forward.
