Two women have been flown to hospital after a late night crash just east of Comet.
It happened around 9:30 last night after the driver, a woman in her 20s lost control of the ute, causing it to flip and land on it roof.
The other passenger in the car was a girl in her late teens.
Reports suggest the pair were out of the ute when rescue crews arrived
Ambulance crews treated the driver for spinal injuries and her passenger for a shoulder injury, cuts and abrasions.
They were then flown onto Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
