A woman has been airlifted after falling from a boat and hitting her head on the propeller, north of Yeppoon.
The RACQ CapRescue helicopter was called out at around 2pm yesterday to Shoalwater Bay.
The woman in her 50s suffered lacerations to her head after impacting with the propellers of a tender.

Upon arrival of Rescue300, it was determined landing was possible and a winch retrieval was not required.
The patient was stabilised by the on-board medical crew before being flown to Rockhampton Hospital.
