What spending In Northern Australia?

Two years ago the Federal Government launched the Northern Australia Infrastructure Fund. It is overseen by an independent board and they have 5 Billion Dollars of taxpayer funds to spend on Infrastructure in Northern Australia. So far the only money that has been  spent is on the board members six figure paychecks. Not one cent on any projects.

I understand them being cautious after the infamous Labor School halls and Pink Batt debacles but for heavens sake NAIF lets do something lest we change the acronym's meaning to the 'No Actual Infrastructure Fund.'
