TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sixpack of Songs

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Sixpack of Songs promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begins Monday 9th November to Friday 27th November or until all 6 songs are identified in the correct order with correct name of song and artist.  Winner to be announced when all 6 songs are identified in correct order during the breakfast show.
Contest to run on 4RO Rockhampton, 4MK Mackay & 4CA Cairns.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                                                   Listeners are invited to be the random caller through upon hearing the cue to call and identify all 6 songs in the correct order by name and artist to be eligible to win the one prize per market being $1,000.
3. PRIZE
$1000 cash per station.
Total $3000 prize pool.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major prize winner will be the contestant who correctly identifies all 6 songs in the correct order played by artist name and song name.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The major prize winner per market will be the listener who correctly identifies all 6 songs in the correct order by artist name and song name when they get through to the breakfast announcer on either 4CA AM, 4MK AM or 4RO AM  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
