TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ROCK ON SEPTEMBER 08

The following terms and conditions apply for “ROCK ON SEPTEMBER”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 7^th September with entries closing on 26^th September 2008. Major winner announced Monday 29^th September 2008.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants are required to watch their local WIN TELEVISION for the daily ROCK ARTIST OF THE DAY then listen to their local Prime Radio running the promotion the following day for that ROCK ARTIST OF THE DAY to be played. If they are the random caller through when they hear the song, they will win an ALBUM instantly and go in the draw for $2,000 cash.

3. PRIZE

• Minor instant prizes being mixed albums and One Major Draw being
  $2,000 cash.
  
  Conditions of prize:

• Winner must be 18 years of age to be eligible to enter.
• The winner must collect the prize from their local Prime Radio station running the promotion.
  
  4. INDEMNITY
  All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO NETWORK are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER

The winner will be announced on the local Prime Radio station running the promotion in that market following the random draw of all entrants on Monday 29^th September 2008. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
