John Kerr started in radio at the end of 1957 working as an assistant on the Jack Davey Shows.
John was employed as a cadet announcer at Radio 2PK in Parkes in March of 1958, moving to Dubbo's 2DU in 1959 and then in 1960 taking up duties as Breakfast announcer at 2CA in Canberra where he remained for the next six years. In 1994 he was invited by 2UE to host the Monday to Friday New Day Australia program which rated consistently high over nine years.
Both hosts enjoy the intimacy of overnight radio and look forward to your call on the openline
