TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DOB IN YOUR DAD PROMOTION

The following terms and conditions apply for “Prime Radio Dob in Your Dad Competition.” 
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will run Monday 25th August till Friday 5th of September.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants enter via the local radio station website DOB IN YOUR DAD registration. 
One winner will be randomly chosen from all registrations entered via all nine participating Prime Radio stations involved in the Dob in your Dad Promotion and will win:

3. PRIZE
•One Prize being a $1,000 BCF voucher supplied by BCF and a fishing day trip for 4 people including all meals provided by Prime Radio to be used in the market where the winner resides.

Conditions of prize:
•Valid as per prize details above.
•Prize cannot be exchanged for alternate destination or change dates of prize letter provided to winner.
•Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older.
•Prize cannot be transferred to cash.
 
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. PRIME RADIO GROUP suggest to the winner that prizewinners take out travel insurance and take no responsibility for any actions incurred if they don’t.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be announced on Friday 5th of September 2008. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. PROMOTER
The promoter of the Dob In Your Dad Competition is Prime Radio Network.
